This new collaboration between David Suro-Piñera, President of Siembra Azul Tequila in Mexico, Jimmy and Nick from Barry's Homebrew and Manayunk Brewery will be released in late spring. The beer will be aged in virgin oak barrels that have housed Mexican Tequila from the Siembra Azul Distillery for several years. The barrels are due to arrive in about a week. Stay tuned on the progress Siembra Saison!
