Manayunk Hefeweizen

Brewed in true German tradition, our hefeweizen is made with a high percentage of malted wheat and fermented with a Bavarian weizen yeast. The yeast not only provides the distinct flavor or banana and clove, but also remains in suspension giving this unfiltered seasonal its cloudy appearance.
